Work through these in order. Each step is something you can perform and report back on without opening the enclosure or swapping parts.
Print the built-in nozzle check pattern and photograph it. Missing whole color blocks means a clog; missing single segments means a weak nozzle we can target.
Run one cleaning cycle and repeat the nozzle check. If segments return, the fault is ink flow; if nothing changes after two cycles, note that for the specialist.
Record the precise printhead error code from the panel. Different codes mean clog versus a fatal head fault, and the path diverges there.
Confirm ink levels, that the capping station sealed, and the maintenance box counter is not at limit. A spent box blocks normal operation.
