Work through these in order. Each step is something you can perform and report back on without opening the enclosure or swapping parts.
Start a print and watch the extruder gear through the cover window. If the gear rotates but the filament does not advance and nothing exits the nozzle, the blockage is downstream of the drive gear.
Heat the hotend to roughly 90°C above the filament glass-transition temperature, insert fresh filament, let it cool to the release temperature, then pull firmly. A jagged or hollow plug points to a partial clog in the melt zone.
On the printer screen choose to load the slot again. Confirm the spool rotates, the buffer arm travels, and the PTFE between AMS and toolhead is not kinked. Retry the load and note any error shown.
In Bambu Studio, open the filament profile and verify the flow ratio and extrusion multiplier. If a recent firmware update changed behaviour, re-run flow calibration and keep the before/after numbers for the specialist.
Power off, lift the extruder cover, and confirm the idler arm is latched with normal spring tension. Re-seat the filament and re-run a short extrusion test before reporting back.
